Spectrum Consulting is owned by Barry E. Pelham. Established in 1987, Spectrum Consulting operates as a full scope computer and network service provider, offering a high quality solution customized to your business needs. Spectrum Consulting is authorized to resell Gateway, Hewlett Packard, IBM, and other major brand products for our customer's convenience, but we are in no way limited to these brands. Spectrum Consulting has no sales team with commission in the back of their minds. We work directly with you, and for you, on a time and material basis, in order to generate the best solution for your business. We take into account all reasonable solutions from major brands and proven technologies. Barry is a graduate of the University of Michigan, with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He has taken many credit hours of post grad level courses at the U of M, and has additional post grad credit hours from Michigan State University. Barry is a Registered Professional Engineer in Michigan and Illinois.

Barry's computer experience dates back to 1964, where he began programming for the IBM 1620. Presently, his programming efforts are limited to 'C' and x86 assembly language, and are generally related to security methods or anti virus activities for his customers' protection.
